Parties involved in an Arbitration in the state of California are notified when
a proposed neutral Arbitrator has been appointed.
A list of cases in which the proposed Arbitrator has served as a neutral
Arbitrator in matters involving the parties or parties’ legal representatives
may be available by entering your unique user name and password.
This information will be available online for the duration of your case. If you
require a copy of this information, you may submit a written request for a copy

The National Arbitration Forum’s Code of Procedure as well as applicable laws,
if any, set forth the manner in which Arbitrators are selected, removed or
disqualified, the manner in which the selection of an Arbitrator may be waived,
and the information the Arbitrator must disclose to the parties. You may wish
