Q: Who pays the arbitration fees at the FORUM?
A: The responsibility for the arbitration fees is determined by a number of factors. Different arbitration proceedings have different requirements; the fees may be bourn entirely by one party or they may be shared between parties. In certain types of arbitration proceedings, one party may not be responsible for any fees at all, or may apply for a fee waiver or fee reduction.
