Honorable Anthony J. Mercorella (Ret.) is a retired justice of the Supreme Court and Civil Court of New York state. Earlier in his career, he served as an assemblyman in the New York State Legislature and a member of the New York City Council. Judge Mercorella serves as a mediator and an arbitrator in many client matters at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman and Dicker LLP, where he is an active partner. He also provides case evaluation services and acts as a judicial referee.
