Honorable Daniel B. Banks, Jr. (Ret.) received his J.D. from the University of Alabama in 1967. He served as District Court Judge and Circuit Court Judge for Madison County, Alabama, for a combined 18 years (1977-1978 and 1978-1995, respectively), where he tried cases in all areas of the law. Since his retirement from the bench, Judge Banks has served as a mediator in over 1,200 cases. He has been admitted to the ADR Panel of Neutrals in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, and is registered on the Alabama State Court Mediation and Arbitration Roster with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution. | |
