Expanding Alternative Dispute Resolution Opportunities
At the National Arbitration Forum (FORUM), we’re constantly advancing new applications of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Diverse industries and organizations are discovering the benefits of ADR and re-inventing their dispute resolution programs as a result. These pioneers now enjoy the rewards of a faster, simpler, less expensive methods of dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

Leading with Expertise and Innovation
From insurance to general commercial and intellectual property to healthcare, the FORUM continues to develop specialized programs to better serve both public and private organizations. The FORUM has crafted programs to serve both insurance industry professionals and state government (our New Jersey No-Fault and ALTA programs). Similarly, we’ve coordinated the technology and manpower to administer over 1,700 ICANN domain name dispute cases annually in the field of intellectual property. And early reports from our pilot program in healthcare are overwhelmingly positive.
