The Fee Schedule governs Arbitrations filed with the FORUM under the National Arbitration Forum Code of Procedure. Code of Procedure Rules 44 and 45 and other Code of Procedure Rules govern fees.

Previous Versions
Cases filed with the FORUM between May 1, 2007 and July 31, 2008 are governed by the May 1, 2007 version of the Fee Schedule.
Cases filed with the FORUM between May 1, 2006 and July 31, 2007 are governed by the May 1, 2006 version of the Fee Schedule.
Cases filed with the FORUM between January 1, 2005 and April 30, 2006 are governed by the January 1, 2005 version of the Fee Schedule.
Cases filed with the FORUM between July 1, 2003 and December 31, 2004 are governed by the July 1, 2003 version of the Fee Schedule (Code of Procedure Appendix C) .

The Fee Schedule is available in hard copy. To obtain a hard copy, contact the FORUM by mail, email, phone or fax.
*The filing fee for all claims, up to $74,999 in value, is $19
effective April 1, 2009 - June 30, 2009. For parties filing more than
one claim at a time special restrictions and additional terms apply.
**El cargo por radicación de todas las reclamaciones, de un monto de $74,999 o menos, son $19 empezando desde el día 1 de Abril del 2009, hasta el día 30 de Junio del 2009.
