ADR Survey Results Now Available
In late 2005, the GPSolo Division and the National Arbitration Forum collaborated on a survey designed to discover GPSolo members’ needs and preferences regarding negotiation, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The survey results report, entitled ADR Preference and Usage, is now available online.
