Making the Case for Arbitration at the ACC Annual Meeting

October 29-31, 2007, the National Arbitration Forum will exhibit at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Annual Meeting (Booth #806). National Arbitration Forum (FORUM) attendees, including Director of Marketing Aimee Egan, plan to educate corporate counsel on recent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) developments, the arbitration process and the FORUM difference.

“We want to spread the word that the National Arbitration Forum is among the largest and most respected providers of ADR in the nation,” said Egan. “FORUM arbitrators are fair decision-makers who observe fundamental standards of ethical conduct during all proceeding and rulings and must abide by a strict Code of Conduct."

The Chicago-based meeting is the largest annual gathering of in-house legal counsel in the world. Attendees can chose from over 100 interactive programs led by international expert panels of in-house counsel, members of academia, and government agency representatives.
